How is billing handled?
All billing is processed securely through Stripe. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers. You'll receive a confirmation email each time your subscription renews.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account. Your access continues until the end of your billing period, and you can reactivate whenever you want.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Absolutely. Upgrade to Pro to unlock advanced features right away, or downgrade to Free whenever you're ready. Changes take effect immediately on your next billing cycle.
What if I have billing trouble?
If your payment fails, we'll email you a few times before suspending your subscription. Update your payment method in your account settings to restore access instantly.
Do you offer refunds?
We stand behind Learn Fast. If you're not happy with Pro, let us know within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund your subscription fee.
